Returns
Returns are accepted only within 30 days of the original purchase date and solely in cases where the merchandise is defective or damaged upon receipt.

To initiate a return, please:

- Provide your order number, a description of the defect, and attach clear photographic evidence of the damage.
Once we review your request and approve it, we will provide instructions on how to complete the return.
Refunds
Upon receiving and inspecting your returned item, we will notify you via email regarding the approval status of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed and credited back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
Exchanges
We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like a different item, please follow the return process for a refund and place a new order.
